Shipping
Barcelona Collective provides free Canadawide shipping for all of our products and a flat international shipping of $30. Shipping generally takes 5-10 business days within North America. Shipping times outside of North America may take longer.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 48 hours. Those placed Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. We value your privacy. Please view our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we use the information we collect.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to wear your Barcelona shoes everywhere and we understand that, occasionally, an item might not fit as well as you had hoped. You may return unworn merchandise for one (1) complimentary exchange or refund, with proof of purchase (receipt) and in its original packaging, within 15 days of delivery.
We suggest that you try on your new Barcelona footwear upon receipt, on a soft surface. This ensures that the sole remains unmarked, allowing us to process your exchange, if required. We are unable to process returns or exchanges on items showing signs of wear.
All discounted items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Here’s how to process an exchange or return:
- Please email info@barcelonacollective.com with your order number, requested exchange model and reason for the exchange.
- Once approved, we will send you a PDF of the paid shipping label if you are shipping from a Canadian address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender if shipping from outside of Canada.
- Please re-package your product in their original packaging and shipping box and affix your label.
- Please drop the shipment off at the appropriate shipping counter.
- A store credit (no expiry date) will be issued for returns once your order has been received and reviewed.
Did we miss a stitch in our quality assurance process? We are very sorry - please send us an email at info@barcelonacollective.com and will respond promptly and work with you to make things right.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your shoes, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your refund.
Once approved, a full credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
Barcelona Collective reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that has been worn and/or is not in its original packaging. If your return is denied, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange will not be issued.
Personal Information
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Barcelona Collective. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries and newsletters (if you opt in) to you and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Barcelona Collective to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting these Conditions, you agree to the above.
